Welcome to the Community. 

Hi, my name is Ann, and I am passionate about helping people become knowledgeable about the topics of health, and financial wellness.  I created my blog "Just Sharing | Ann Wellness Talks" to bring awareness and share information so that everyone can know the importance of having good health and building wealth.  

When it comes to one's health and financial awareness, I believe in having a positive mindset of action, by putting "one foot in front of

the other", doing what you can in your life, but being a doer.  And as a doer, my motto in life, has always been to "start where you are" to make an impact and to see a difference with the changes you'll make. This means to simply, "get started".  Take the first step and the rest will flow, the accomplishments will happen.  You just need to start.  And just know, "you can do it, if you try".

"You can do it if you try", a positive mindset saying to live by. 

Also, it's my family favorite quote, I heard my very smart little niece championed with passion saying it to my mother while my mother overcame not being able to walk, to now walking.  Having this mindset will help you to begin to want to learn more about wellness with having a healthy lifestyle.  I will engage you with conversations of living healthy and along with having an understanding of growing your money.  I've heard wise people say, you won't be able to enjoy your wealth if you don't have your health.   

It's evitable to say, health awareness and money awareness are joined together and are inseparable which is the mission of this blog.  Information sharing of health and finance which encourages you to start your own health and financial journey.  I'm happy and passionate to bring to you open discussion within my blog articles and with annwellnesstalks.com site pulling from my own health and finance journey experiences which includes my education in Business and in Health.  I bring creditability to speak towards these two subjects; health & finance is because, I've been on my own health journey for some years now and I've gained a great deal of knowledge where I was able to help my family and friends live a healthier life.  And as finance goes, I love the financial industry and learning how to build wealth.  It's my passion.  I also loved working in the financial industry for Fidelity Investments and JP Morgan Chase Bank, I loved the service roles I had with these companies because I was able to be a knowledge sharer and was able to help many people.   With that, I'm here to share my knowledge of health and finance along with encouraging you to start where you are and let's get there together, one foot, in front

of the other, Authentically.
